摘　　要：实施绿色织造生产与产品开发是一项系统工程,应进行全过程绿色化设计。文章重点阐述3条重要实现途径:一是绿色纺织原料的选用,如绿色纤维、着色纤维与色纺纱及网络丝等的使用;二是织前准备绿色加工技术,如络筒、整经、穿经等新技术运用及绿色上浆技术,包括绿色环保浆料合理选用及上浆工艺优化;三是织造生产过程中综合性技术措施,如节能产品使用、净化水冬灌夏用、创新供气方式及优化高效工艺等。The implementation of green weaving and product development was a systematic project,which should carry out the green design of the whole process.This paper focuses on three important ways to realize:firstly,the selection of green textile raw materials,such as the use of green fiber,dope dyed fiber,colored spun yarn and interlaced yarn;secondly,the green processing technology of pretreatment,i.e.,winding,warping,drawing in,as well as green sizing technology,that is,rational selection of green sizing agent and optimization of sizing process;thirdly,comprehensive technical measures in weaving process,such as the use of energy saving equipment,purified water in winter stored underground for summer use,innovation of gas supply,and optimization of efficient technology.
