摘  要:纺织经纱上浆除了使用环保性能好的浆料外,上浆工艺技术也需要变革。文章首先说明了低温低浆工艺与传统高温上浆、高上浆率上浆的不同,然后从浆纱基本原理分析低温低浆新工艺可行性,并且提出了根据浆料、经纱特点进行低温度上浆和低上浆率上浆工艺配方的应用。低温低浆新工艺顺应了新型纤维纺织品织造所需要的浆纱性能,促进了浆料性能的提高,满足了纺织节能减排、降低成本、智能调浆等要求,推动了上浆工艺技术新发展。Except for using the eco-friendly sizing agent,the warp sizing technology need to be transformed at the same time.This paper describes the differences between the new technology of the sizing with lower temperature or lower add-on and the traditional one under higher temperature or higher add-on,analyzes the new technical feasibility of the sizing with lower temperature or lower add-on based on the basic sizing principles,and puts forward the application methods of the new sizing with lower temperature or lower addon based on the characteristics of sizing agent and warp.The new technology of the sizing improves the sizing properties,meets the requirements of energy saving,emission reduction,cost reduction,intelligent size-mixing,etc.,and promotes the new development of sizing technology.
