摘　　要：文章研究了PVA浆料和聚丙烯酰胺类浆料的浆料配方和上浆工艺对浆纱质量和织造效果的影响,并分析了用浆成本。结果表明:聚丙烯酰胺类浆料对纯棉品种进行上浆,可以取代PVA,浆纱质量良好,可以降低织机断经次数,提高织布效率,降低用浆成本。The paper carried out a comprehensive research on the influence of the sizing formula and the sizing process of PVA size and polyacrylamide size on the sizing quality and the weaving effect,and analyzed related sizing cost.Results showed that polyacrylamide size could displace PVA size in cotton sizing with better sizing quality.The warp breaking frequency of the loom could be lowered,the weaving efficiency could be improved,and the sizing cost could be reduced.
