摘  要:文章采用空气介质阻挡放电(DBD)等离子体处理装置对高强高模聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维进行表面改性,来改善纤维的表面亲水性和表面化学活性。研究了DBD等离子体处理的不同处理时间对高强高模PVA纤维表面接触角和水滴扩散速度等表面润湿性的影响;通过活性染料上染纤维来分析等离子体处理前后纤维对染料吸附性的变化;同时,借助红外光谱和扫描电镜(SEM)表征了纤维处理前后表面化学基团和微观形态的变化,并借助万能材料试验机分析了等离子体处理对纤维力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,DBD等离子体处理时间可以有效改善高强高模PVA纤维表面的润湿性,提高纤维对染料的吸附性。The high-strength and high-modulus polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fibers were treated by surface modification with air dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)plasma treatment to improve their hydrophilic properties and chemical activity.The effects of different treatment time of DBD plasma treatment on surface wettability such as surface contact angle and water droplet diffusion speed of high strength and high modulus PVA fibers were studied.The dye adsorption properties of fibers before and after plasma treatment were analyzed by dyeing fibers with reactive dyes.At the same time,the changes of chemical groups and microscopic morphology of the surface before and after fiber treatment were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of plasma treatment on the mechanical properties of the fibers were analyzed by a universal material testing machine.Results indicated that the DBD plasma treatment time can effectively improve the wettability of high-strength and high-modulus PVA fiber surface and improve the fiber’s adsorption to dye.
