摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病的危险因素,为制定相关的防治措施提供参考。方法选取160例2型糖尿病患者和160例健康者,使用病例对照的方法,对相关可能的危险因素进行单因素、多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果糖尿病家族史、高血压、高血脂以及工作压力大是T2DM的危险因素。相应地,文化程度高以及经常运动锻炼是其保护因素。结论生活在社区中的人们可通过养成健康的生活方式,尽早地控制好血压、血脂以及减轻体重等方式预防T2DM的发生。Objective To explore the risk factors of type2diabetes and provide reference for the formulation of relevant prevention and treatment measures.Methods160patients with type2diabetesand160healthy persons were selected and analyzed by single factor and multi-factor unconditional logistic regression with case-control method.Results Family history of diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipemia,and high work stress were risk factors for T2DM.Correspondingly,high levels of education and regular exercise were protective factors.Conclusion People living in the community can prevent the occurrence of T2DM by adopting a healthy lifestyle,controlling blood pressure,blood lipids,and losing weight as early as possible.
