摘　　要：目的总结微创软通道穿刺术联合尿激酶冲洗治疗小脑出血的临床效果。方法回顾性分析自2016年1月～2018年1月在龙川县人民医院外三科诊治的110例小脑出血患者的临床资料,以不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组为常规后颅窝开颅去骨瓣血肿清除50例,研究组为微创软通道穿刺术联合尿激酶冲洗60例,评估两组患者住院期间并发症发生率及术后神经功能恢复情况。结果研究组并发症发生率低于对照组;两组存活患者均术后1～3个月随访,按日常生活活动量表Barthel指数(ADL)评分标准评估患者神经功能恢复情况,研究组神经功能恢复明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论微创软通道穿刺术联合尿激酶冲洗治疗小脑出血疗效确切,是一种快速有效的方法,具有较高临床应用价值,特别值得在基层医院推广。Objective To summarize the clinical effects of minimally invasive soft-channel puncture combined irrigation with urokinase in the treatment of cerebellar hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of110patients with cerebellar hemorrhage diagnosed in the department of external medicine of Longchuan County People's Hospital from January2016to January2018were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.50cases in the control group were given routine hematoma removal by posteriorcranialfossa deboned craniotomy,60cases in the study group were given minimally invasive soft-channel puncture combined irrigation with urokinase.The incidence of complications during hospitalization and the recovery of neurological function after operation in the two groups were evaluated.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower thanthe control group,the survivors in both groups were followed up for1to3months,and the neurological function recovery was assessed by Barthel Index of Activity of Daily Life Scale(ADL),the recovery of neurological function in the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive softchannel puncture combined irrigationwith urokinaseis effective in the treatment of cerebellar hemorrhage.It is a rapid and effective method with high clinical application value and is particularly worthy of promotion in primary hospitals.
