摘　　要：目的探讨分析改良鼻内镜手术和传统鼻内镜手术在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年4月～2017年5月期间我院收治的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者62例,将其按照随机数字表法分为两组,均为31例。对照组采用传统鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组采用改良鼻内镜手术治疗,统计对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组患者的治疗总有效率分别为93.55%、77.42%,观察组明显高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗结束后观察组的主要症状评分明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组和对照组患者的并发症总发生率分别为9.69%、22.58%,观察组明显低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组和对照组患者的复发率分别为3.23%、16.13%,观察组明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论针对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者应用改良鼻内镜手术治疗的效果要比传统鼻内镜手术更加显著,可以有效提高患者的治疗有效率,减少并发症发生,防止复发,值得推广和应用。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of improved endoscopic sinus surgery and traditional endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods Sixty-two patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital from April2015to May2017were selected and divided into two groups according to random number method,each had31cases.The control group was treated by traditional endoscopic sinus surgery,and the observation group was treated by improved endoscopic sinus surgery.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were93.55%and77.42%respectively,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After the end of treatment,the main symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group were respectively9.69%and22.58%,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of the observation group and the control group were respectively3.23%and16.13%,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,the effect of improved endoscopic sinus surgery is more significant than traditional endoscopic sinus surgery.It can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,reduce complications and prevent recurrence.It is worth promoting and applying.
