太原市居民太极柔力球运动开展现状研究

摘　　要：文章主要运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对太原市新华社区太极柔力球运动的开展现状进行了调查研究,发现新华社区太极柔力球活动开展主要为晨练,以规定套路为主,多以强身健体、休闲娱乐的中老年人运动员为主,女性多于男性,锻炼习惯好,但活动场地的缺乏,媒体宣传力度不足,指导人员匮乏,有关太极柔力球运动的经费不足、各种竞赛交流少等问题限制了柔力球的推广。This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to investigate the current situation of Taiji Flexible Ball in Xinhua Community of Taiyuan City,and finds that Taiji Flexible Ball in Xinhua Community is mainly carried out in the morning exercise,mainly in the prescribed routines,mostly in the form of physical fitness,leisure and entertainment.Middle-aged and elderly athletes are the main,women are more than men,exercise habits are good,but the lack of sports venues,inadequate media propaganda,lack of instructors,lack of funds for Taiji softball sport,and lack of competition exchanges restrict the promotion of softball.
