摘　　要：运用文献分析法、个案研究法等,对当前我国高尔夫人才培养的现状进行研究,并提出发展对策。人才培养中存在的问题主要包括:培养主体单一,缺乏协同;培养阶段不清,目标模糊;保障体系欠缺,激励不足。建议:以人才发展为目标,构建培养主体之间的协同机制;结合人才发展阶段特征,加强目标引导;完善保障体系,促进整体发展。By using the methods of literature reviews and case study,this paper studies the current situation of golf talent training in China,and puts forward the development countermeasures.The main problems in talent training include:Single training subject and lack of coordination;Uncleared training stage and ambiguous objectives;Lack of secure guantees and incentive.Suggestions:Take the development of talents as the goal to construct the coordination system between the training subjects;Strengthen the guidance on target leading according to the characteristics of the talent development stage;Perfect the guarantee system to promote the overall development.
