摘　　要：公有制是社会主义宏观经济管理的物质基础,更好地满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要是社会主义宏观经济管理的目的;社会主义公有制的基础以及解决社会主义宏观经济运行中出现的各种问题,就产生了发挥社会主义计划手段作用的要求;社会主义宏观经济管理还要求认识、尊重、利用好经济规律。Public ownership is the material base of socialist macroeconomic management,better meet people's increasing need for the good life is the purpose of socialism macro-economic management.The basis of socialist public ownership and solving all sorts of problems in the operation of socialistmacroeconomic lead to requirements of giving play to the role of socialist planning means.Socialism macro-economic management requires understanding,respecting and making good use of economic laws.
