摘 要:粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排放的工业固体废弃物。二氧化硅是粉煤灰中的主要氧化物,其含量可高达60%(质量分数)。以粉煤灰为硅源制备高附加值的硅产品是实现粉煤灰资源化、高值化利用的重要方向。基于粉煤灰提铝工艺,归纳总结了3种主要的粉煤灰提取二氧化硅方法(碱熔-酸浸法、碱溶-酸浸法、酸溶-碱浸法)的研究进展及优缺点,以期为后续开发制备粉煤灰基硅产品提供科学依据。在此基础上指出了粉煤灰提取二氧化硅的发展方向。Fly ash is a kind of industrial solid waste in coal fired power plants.Silicon is the main element in fly ash and its mass fraction of SiO2 can reach 60%.The extraction of SiO2 from fly ash is an important direction for its value added utilization.Based on the technology of Al2O3 extraction from fly ash,three main methods of extracting SiO2 from fly ash(alkali fusion acid leaching method,alkali dissolution acid leaching method and acid dissolution alkali leaching method)were reviewed and their advantages and disadvantages were summarized.It′s helpful for the utilization and preparation of SiO2 extraction from fly in future.Finally,the development of SiO2 extraction from fly ash was forecasted and some suggestions thereof were also put forward.
