摘  要:磷肥工业副产的氟硅酸如果不进行回收利用,不仅造成氟硅资源的浪费,还会污染环境。氟硅酸的综合利用主要是氟和硅的利用。介绍了利用磷肥副产氟硅酸制备下游产品氟化氢、氟化盐、四氟化硅等方法的原理和工艺过程以及工艺的优缺点。介绍了利用氟硅酸中的硅资源制备白炭黑、介孔二氧化硅以及分子筛的研究现状。介绍了用氟硅酸代替硫酸生产磷酸以及用磷肥副产氟硅酸与氯碱工业结合发展有机氟化工的前景。对磷肥副产氟硅酸中氟资源综合利用的发展方向进行了展望。If the fluorosilicic acid,a by product of phosphate fertilizer industry,is not recycled,it is not only a waste of fluo rine silicon resources,but also causes the environment pollution.The comprehensive utilization of fluorosilicic acid is mainly the utilization of fluorine and silicon.The principle,process and advantages-and-disadvantages of the preparation of the downstream products of hydrogen fluoride,fluorinated salt and silicon tetrafluoride etc.were introduced.Then,the research status of silica in the preparation of silica,mesoporous silica and molecular sieve was introduced.Thereafter,the prospect of organic fluorine chemical industry by using fluorosilicic acid instead of sulphuric acid and combining fluorosilicic acid and chlor alkali industry was also put forward.In the end,the development direction of fluorosilicic acid was prospected.
