摘 要:针对传统的三氯氧磷合成方法存在反应安全性差、转化率低、对设备腐蚀严重等问题,研究了一种使用三氯化磷和氧气为原料,通过微反应技术直接合成三氯氧磷的新方法。该方法拟通过使用微反应技术对反应温度、反应时间、物料配比实现精确控制,来保证三氯化磷和氧气的瞬间混合和高效的传质传热,从而达到在反应安全可控的条件下大幅提高反应速率的目标。对反应温度、反应停留时间、物料过量比等因素进行了单因素条件实验,相对于传统方法,新方法反应时间由40 h以上缩短至60 s,而且转化率达到70%以上,并且可以实现产品的安全、连续化生产。The traditional method for the synthesis of phosphorus oxychloride has many problems,such as poor reaction safety,low conversion rate and serious corrosion to equipment.A new technology using phosphorus trichloride and oxygen as raw ma terials,through the method of micro reaction technology to directly synthesize phosphorus oxychloride was studied.Micro reac tor technology was used to achieve the precise control of reaction temperature,reaction time and ratio of raw materials,to en sure phosphorus trichloride and oxygen instant mixing and efficient mass transfer.Thus,the target of greatly improving the re action rate under the condition of safe and controllable reaction has been achieved.The reaction temperature,reaction time and excessive ratio of reaction materials were investigated and verified by single factor experiment.Compared with the tradi tional method,the new method shortened the reaction time from more than40h to60s,the conversion rate reached over70%,and the product can be produced safely and continuously.
