孕中期感染性流产80例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:对80例感染性流产患者的病因进行分析,降低其发生率。方法:回顾性分析就诊的80例感染性流产患者的临床资料。结果:体温升高19例,血常规升高73例,病理检查为急性绒毛膜羊膜炎71例,胎盘培养出致病菌19例,B族链球菌感染4例,支原体、衣原体感染7例,宫体炎1例,阴道炎3例。结论:孕期应正规产检,早发现,早治疗,一旦诊断感染性流产,需尽早终止妊娠。Objective:To analyze the causes of 80 cases of infected abortion,reduce the incidence.Methods:The clinical data of 80 cases of infected abortion treated by undergraduate were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were 73 cases of abnormal blood routine,19 cases of increased body temperature,71 cases of acute chorioamniitis,19 cases of pathogenic bacteria from placenta culture,4 cases of group B streptococcu infection,7 cases of mycoplasma and chlamydia infection,1 case of endometritis and 3 cases of vaginitis.Conclusion:Pregnancy should be examined regularly,diagnosed early and treated early,once diagnosed infected abortion,the pregnancy needs to be terminated immediately.
