摘 要:目的:根据门诊患者人次数和处方数计算门诊患者抗菌药物使用率的差异,以确定一个适用性更高的计算方法。方法:分别使用患者人次数和处方数计算山西医科大学第二医院2014年—2017年门诊抗菌药物使用率,比较日、周、月、季度和年的门诊抗菌药物使用率的差别。结果:使用处方数计算门诊抗菌药物使用率值偏高,以月、季度、年为时间段计算门诊抗菌药物使用率时,两种方法计算所得抗菌药物使用率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);以日、周为时间段计算时,两种方法比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:统计月、季度和年度门诊抗菌药物使用率时,使用人次数和处方数计算均可;统计日、周短期的门诊抗菌药物使用率时,建议使用人次数计算,减少偏差。Objective:To compare the antimicrobial use rate difference of outpatients with the number of patients and prescriptions,further determining a more appropriate calculation method.Methods:To calculate the use rate of antibiotics in outpatient clinics of the second hospital of shanxi medical university hospital from 2014 to 2017 using the number of patients and the number of prescriptions.To compare the difference in the use rate of antibiotics in outpatient clinics in the day,week,month,quarter and year.Results:Using the number of prescriptions to calculate the antimicrobial use rate of outpatients was higher.When used the month,quarter and year to calculate the outpatient antimicrobial use rate,there were no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05).When used the day and week,there were differences between the two methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:When calculated outpatient antimicrobial use rates on monthly,quarterly and annual,the number of patients or prescriptions both can be used.But when calculated outpatient antimicrobial use rates on daily and weekly,it is suggested to use the number of patients to reduce the bias.
