新常态下中国新型城镇化可持续发展的路径探索

摘　　要：论文研究在新常态背景下,中国新型城镇化如何实现可持续发展,以打破目前新型城镇化面临的困局,从而进一步加快中国城镇化的速度,提高中国城镇化的水平和提升中国城镇化的质量。这直接影响到未来中国经济转型的结果和社会的和谐稳定。在新常态下中国城镇化面临着城乡二元结构、农村农民的迁移成本过高、城镇的承载压力过大等方面的问题。论文建议在新常态下推进城镇化和工业化协调发展,推动城镇化改变城乡二元结构,以实现我国建立生态文明型和智慧型城镇的目标。Under the new normal background,the essay analyses how to realize the sustainable development of the new urbanization in China and break the dilemma that the new urbanization is facing,thus further speeding up the urbanization of our country,improving the level of urbanization and improving the quality of urbanization in China,because this directly affects the economic transformation of our country in the future.At the present stage,China’s urbanization dilemma reflected is that the structure between urban and rural areas,the cost of migration of rural farmers is too high and bearing pressure of town is too large.This paper recommends promoting the coordinated development of urbanization and industrialization,promoting to change urban-rural dual structure to of China’s establishment of ecological civilization and smart urban target.
