摘  要:为了实现对自行研制的双向作用脉冲电磁铁的性能测试,设计实现了基于LabVIEW的电磁铁测试系统。该测试系统以直线伺服电机为模拟负载,解决了电磁铁中永磁体作用力与电磁作用力共存的测试难题。系统通过数字信号处理器TMS320F2812进行控制和数据采集,可重点测试双向作用脉冲电磁铁在不同位置处的保持力和启动力。实验表明,该测试系统操作简便,有良好的测试精度,同时也验证了双向作用脉冲电磁铁的优越性能。In order to realize the performance test of the self developed bidirectional impulse electromagnet,a testing system was designed based on LabVIEW.The testing system used linear servo motor as the simulation load,and solved the test problem of the permanent magnet force and the electromagnetic force coexisting in the electromagnet.The testing device was controlled and the data was collected by Digital Signal Processor(DSP)TMS320F2812.The retaining force and starting force at different positions were tested emphatically.Experimental results suggest that the system was easy to operate and had good test accuracy.In addition,it also verified the superior performance of the bidirectional impulse electromagnet.
