摘  要:为了对钻孔变形特征及围岩稳定性进行研究,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,建立了卸压开采数值模型,采用多维耦合数值模拟方法,研究了开采煤层顶板垂直应力随工作面推进的运移规律以及钻孔的挤压安全系数分布规律和剪切滑移量分布规律,分析了钻孔破坏的影响特征。研究得出:随着工作面的开采,上覆煤层产生了同步的位移,且岩层移动范围比下层煤开采范围大;随着开孔位置距离煤层顶板的偏移,当钻孔避开了顶板5~11 m挤压失稳区,钻孔挤压破坏危险区域也相对随之缩小,提高了钻孔开孔位置高度,有效减少了钻孔危险区范围。研究为钻孔的合理布置提供技术支持。In order to study on borehole deformation characteristics and the stability of surrounding rock,this paper uses FLAC^3D numerical simulation software,numerical model for pressure relief mining,the movement law of vertical stress of coal seam roof with the advance of working face,the distribution law of extrusion safety factor and shear slip of borehole were studied,the influence characteristics of borehole failure were also analyzed.It was concluded that,in the mining process of working face,the displacement of the overlying coal seam to produce the synchronization and the strata movement range is larger than the lower coal mining areas;with the deviation of the hole location from the coal seam roof,when the borehole avoids the 5~11 m extrusion instability area of the roof,the dangerous area of the borehole extrusion damage is relatively reduced,the height of the hole location is increased,and the dangerous area of the borehole is effectively reduced.The research can provide technical support for the reasonable arrangement of drilling holes.
