摘  要:在保德煤矿首次实施双U型井用于治理煤矿瓦斯,根据煤矿的瓦斯抽采需要,在实现矿区瓦斯地质研究的同时,开展了U型井布井研究、U型井工程方案优化、大井斜煤层段的造斜段下入玻璃钢套管、U型井水平段玻璃钢筛管完井、U型井适应性评价及双煤合采排采制度的优化等,采用Excel实现了随钻地层信息与随钻定向预测相结合的随钻定向监控方法。通过实践,验证了随钻预测及随钻定向监控的技术思路和工程措施,取得了良好的技术效果。同时,根据研究成果,提出了逆地层倾向的多分支井及井上下联合施工、井下排采的切实可行的后续工作方案。In Baode Coal Mine,double U type well is used to control coal mine gas for the first time.According to the need of gas extraction in coal mine,gas geology research in mining area is realized,and the engineering scheme optimization of U-shaped well distribution well research is carried out at the same time,including the layout of well,optimization of U-shaped well engineering scheme,downward entry of FRP casing in inclined section of large well,completion of FRP screen pipe in horizontal section of U-shaped well,adaptability evaluation of U-shaped well and optimization of combined mining and drainage system of two coal seams,and so on.Excel is used to realize the method of monitoring while drilling with the combination of formation information while drilling and prediction of orientation while drilling.Through practice,the technical ideas and engineering measures of prediction while drilling and directional monitoring while drilling have been verified,and good technical results have been obtained.At the same time,according to the research results,the paper put forward the feasible follow-up work plan of multi-branch wells with inverse formation tendency,and the joint construction of wells up and down.
