切顶卸压爆破技术在沿空留巷中的应用研究

摘　　要：针对某煤矿采空区直接顶及上覆顶板悬露面积大,采空区侧悬臂梁结构载荷加载到混凝土墙体及巷内,使巷内顶板下沉量大,巷旁混凝土墙体过早承载破坏等问题。采用超前工作面预裂爆破切顶卸压法,研究了切顶卸压机理以及工作面端头支架架间预裂爆破切顶设计,并分析了放炮工艺及安全技术措施,研究得出:通过采用切顶卸压爆破技术,可使垮落矸石充满采空区,减小了沿空巷道顶板悬臂梁上覆荷载以及旋转变形对巷旁混凝土墙体的压力以及巷旁顶板下沉量,实现了留巷围岩稳定。For a large area of direct roof and upper roof suspension in a coal mine clearance area,the load of the side cantilever beam structure in the mining area is loaded into the concrete wall and the lane,so that the top plate in the lane sinks greatly,and the concrete wall beside the lane is prematurely bearing damage,this paper studies the cutting mechanism of cutting top and the design of cutting top of pre-cracking blasting between the supports of the end end end of the working face by means of cutting top off pressure method of precracking blasting in advance face,the caving gangue can be filled with empty area,which can reduce the overburden and the rotating deformation of the cantilever beam along the top of the empty roadway to the concrete wall beside the lane and the sinking amount of the top plate beside the lane,and achieve the stability of the surrounding rock.
