摘 要:利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测定经过熔融结晶法得到的2,3,6–三甲基苯酚(TMP)的纯度,熔点和熔融焓(结晶焓).其熔点几乎不受升温速率影响,平均值为335.35,K,不确定度为±(0.1~0.3),K,与文献值基本吻合,相对偏差在1.27%,~2.81%.TMP的熔融焓(结晶焓)平均值为167.8,J/g,相对平均偏差为2.77%.通过DSC测定该纯度的TMP在278.15~313.15,K(固相)和358.15~398.15,K(液相)范围内的比定压热容.固相TMP的比定压热容随温度升高而升高,液相TMP的比定压热容随温度升高而降低.将比定压热容与温度进行线性关联,R2值均大于0.99.本文的相关数据可为TMP熔融结晶工艺开发的热量衡算提供理论依据.The purity purified through melt crystallization,melting point and melting enthalpy(enthalpy of crystallization)of 2,3,6-trimethylphenol(TMP)were determined with the differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The melting point is almost not affected by the heating rate,and the average value is 335.35,K,consistent with the literature value.The relative error of the melting point is 1.27%-2.81%,.The uncertainty is±(0.1-0.3),K.The average value of the melting enthalpy(enthalpy of crystallization)is 167.8,J/g.The relative average deviation is 2.77%,.The specific heat capacity(c p)of solid(278.15-313.15,K)and liquid(358.15-398.15,K)at constant pressure were also measured with DSC.c p of solid TMP increases with the increase of temperature,while c p of liquid TMP decreases with the increase of temperature.The relation of c p and temperature is correlated with linear equation.Values of R2,are larger than 0.99.The research can provide basic data for the heat balance calculation of TMP melting crystallization process.
