摘　　要：目的 了解无锡市主城区居民的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取无锡市主城区2396名18周岁以上的居民作为调查对象,借助一般资料调查表及一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)对其进行问卷调查,并利用Logistic回归分析探讨相关影响因素。结果 无锡市主城区居民心理问题阳性检出率为17.15%,女性为19.23%,高于男性的14.87%。Logistic回归分析显示,性别、年龄、户籍性质、婚姻状况、文化程度、年人均收入、吸烟、饮酒、主动获取健康知识情况、躯体健康及睡眠状况均是影响居民心理健康的因素。结论 应提高对居民心理健康状况的重视,尤其应多关注女性、中老年人群、外地户籍、无配偶、小学及以下学历、经济条件差、有吸烟饮酒习惯、不主动获取健康知识、存在躯体健康状况、失眠等问题的人群,引导培养其健康的生活方式,积极防治慢性躯体疾病,努力改善其经济状况,加大心理健康知识宣传力度,提高居民健康预防理念,以促进居民心理健康水平提升。Objective To assess the mental health status of the residents in Wuxi community and its related influencing factors. Methods Stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted to sample 2 396 residents over 18 years of age in this city and General Data questionnaire and the Chinese 12-item General Health Questionnaire(GHQ-12)was used to estimate general mental health status and its related factors. Results The positive detection rate of Wuxi residents’psychological problems was 17.15%,females’were 19.23%,higher than that of males’14.87%.logistic regression analysis showed that Gender,age,Household registration,marital status,degree of education,annual per capita income,smoking,drinking,active access to healthy knowledge,physical health and sleep status are factors affecting mental health status of residents in Wuxi. Conclusion More Attention should be paid to the mental health status of residents in wuxi,especially those population who is female,young and middle-aged,without local Household registration,no spouse,primary school and below,poor economic conditions,smoking and drinking habit,no active access to healthy knowledge,Chronic physical health,and poor sleep.The government and the whole society need to be participated and take effective measures to promote the mental health of residents.
