摘  要:针对内马铁路沿线缺乏河砂的现状,工程采用火成岩机制砂生产混凝土。内马铁路沿线多为火成岩,包括玄武岩、响岩、流纹岩等,沿线某些料场覆土层较厚、植被茂密,且料场岩石表皮风化层较厚,开采条件较差。内马铁路火成岩机制砂混凝土涵洞、承台部位的坍落度在160~180mm之间,桩基坍落度较大,在210~220mm之间;抗压强度均满足标准要求,电通量均小于1 200C,满足铁路混凝土设计使用年限100年对密实性的要求,且施工效果较好。In view of the lack of river sand along Kenya Nairobi-naivasha Standard Gauge Railway Project,the igneous rock manufactured sand is used to produce concrete.Most of the rocks are igneous rocks along Nairobi-naivasha Standard Gauge Railway,including basalt,phonolite and rhyolite.Some stock yards along the Railway are covered with thick soil layer and dense vegetation,and there is a thick weathered layer on the surface of rock.So this makes poor mining conditions.The slump of igneous rock machine-made sand concrete culvert and bearing platform of the Railway ranges from160mm to180mm,and the slump of pile foundation from210mm to220mm.The compressive strength meets the standard requirement and the electric flux is less than1200C,which meets the requirement of compactness for concrete design service life of100years,achieving good construction effect.
