摘 要:测试了不同球磨时间所得钢渣粉的比表面积、粒度分布和活性指数,研究了不同掺量钢渣粉和钢渣粉与硅粉复配的胶凝材料对水泥砂浆强度的影响。结果表明,球磨时间越长,对应的钢渣粉的粒径越小,活性指数越高。钢渣粉掺入量的增加会降低其对应水泥砂浆的强度。比表面积为467.8m2/kg和平均粒径为26.89μm的钢渣粉在10%掺量时其28d活性指数可高于100%。硅粉的加入可提升钢渣粉的活性指数。The specific surface area,particle size distribution and activity index of steel slag powder obtained by different ball milling time were tested.The influence of different content of steel slag powder and composite cementitious material with steel slag powder and silicon powder on the strength of cement mortar were studied.The results show that steel slag powder with longer milling time have smaller particle size and higher activity index.The increase in the dosage of steel slag powder will reduce the strength of the corresponding cement mortar.The28d activity index of steel slag powder with a specific surface area of467.8m2/kg and an average particle size of26.89μm can be higher than100%when the dosage of steel slag powder is10%.The addition of silicon fume can improve the activity index of steel slag powder.
