摘　　要：针对如何将计算机仿真技术运用于高校中的专业设置及培养方案的实施等环节问题,设计与实现了该仿真系统的系统框架和实施过程.系统经实际运行效果良好,趋于目标值的实现,同时也可依此理论及实践扩展至高校管理的各个环节之中.Describes how to apply computer simulation technology to specialty of higher education and the implementation of the training scheme,and the system framework and implementation of the simulation system is designed.The process of system by the actual running effect is implemented well and close to the target.At the same time the deals can also be extended to each link of the higher education.
