妇炎康软胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价妇炎康软胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库以及维普信息资源系统中建库至2018年10月发表的妇炎康软胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的随机对照试验的研究文献。两名研究员独立按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料及评价质量后,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入20项研究,合计3430例患者。Meta分析显示:20篇文献总体有效率OR=5.54,95%CI为[4.31,7.14],整体效果检验Z=13.28,P<0.001,临床显效率OR=2.48,95%CI为[2.13,2.90],整体效果检验Z=11.56,P<0.001,表明妇炎康软胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎与单独使用抗生素相比,随着疗程的延长临床总体有效率和显效率差异明显。结论妇炎康软胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎有效,安全性较高,较对照组有优势,可为临床用药提供参考,但需要更多高质量的研究加以证实。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fuyankang soft capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods A randomized controlled trial of Fuyankang soft capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation was published by computer search of PubMed,Chinese Journal Full Text Database(CNKI),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang Database and Weipu information resource system to October 2018.After two researchers independently screened literature,extracted data and evaluated quality in accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria,Meta analysis was conducted using Rev Man 5.3 software.Results A total of 20 studies were included with a total of 3430 patients.Meta analysis showed that:the overall efficient 20 articles OR=5.54,95%CI was[4.31,7.14],the overall effect inspection Z=13.28,P<0.001,clinically significant efficiency OR=2.48,95%CI was [2.13,2.90],the overall effect inspection Z=11.56,P<0.001,indicating that fuyankang soft capsule combined antibiotics for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease compared with the single use of antibiotics as the extension of treatment differences in total effective rate and significant efficiency significantly.Conclusion Fuyankang soft capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation was effective,safe and superior to the control group.It can provide reference for clinical medication,but more high-quality studies are needed to confirm it.
