摘 要:采用湿法浸出技术对废铅酸蓄电池膏泥和硫化铅精矿两种炼铅原料同时提取铅进行了试验研究,重点考察了两种物料在盐酸和氯化镁溶液中同时浸出的原理,以及相关因素对同时浸出过程的影响。试验结果表明,在废铅膏泥与硫化铅精矿质量比3.5:1、液固比7:1、转化过程pH为2.5、转化温度50℃、转化时间180 min、氯化镁浓度5.5 mol/L、浸出过程温度90℃、浸出反应时间120 min的最佳工艺条件下,废铅膏泥与硫化铅精矿同时浸出过程铅的浸出率可达到98.77%。The simultaneous extraction of lead from two kinds of lead smelting material for scrap lead-acid battery paste and lead sulfide concentrate was studied by wet leaching technology.The principle of simultaneous leaching of two kinds of material in the solution of hydrochloric acid and magnesium chloride,and effects of related factors on the process of simultaneous leaching were investigate.The results showed that on the optimal condition of mass ratio of scrap lead paste and lead sulfide concentrate of 3.5∶1,ratio of liquid and solid of 7∶1,pH of 2 in conversion process,conversion temperature of50℃,conversion time of180minutes,magnesium chloride concentration of 5.5mol/L,temperature of90℃in leaching process,leaching time of 120 minutes,leaching rate of lead in the process of simultaneous leaching of scrap lead paste and lead sulfide concentrate could reach 98.77%.
