摘  要:某公司原料车间粉煤通风机通过调节通风机出口手动阀门的开度和启停电机来控制工艺管道的负压,导致阀门调节频繁且开度不稳定和启动电流大及时间长,使粉煤通风机电能耗高。通过增加变频器改变负压的控制方式和增加PID自动调节功能对其进行变频改造,改造后,取得了较好的节能效果和经济效益。The pulverized coal fan in the material workshop controlled the negative pressure of the process pipeline by adjusting the opening of the manual valve at the fan outlet and starting-stopping the motor,which led that opening of valve was adjusted frequently and unstable,and starting current was large and long time,so that pulverized coal fan had high electric energy consumption.By adding the inverter to change control mode of the negative pressure and adding the automatic adjusting function of the PID,frequency conversion transformation was carried out,and after the transformation,good energy saving effect and economic benefit were obtained.
