摘 要:衬砌劣化作为运营隧道最为常见的病害之一,对隧道二衬结构的强度、刚度以及稳定性均会产生一定程度的影响,严重时会影响隧道运营期间的结构整体稳定性。根据重庆某运营高速公路隧道二衬劣化并急需处治的实际情况,结合相应专项检测报告及水质分析,发现造成隧道衬砌劣化的主因是衬砌背后地下水中所含硫酸盐和碳酸盐对混凝土的腐蚀。为此,基于混凝土腐蚀破坏的模式及机理,并结合隧道具体病害情况及原设计情况,提出了针对性的处治措施,取得了良好的处治效果,可供类似隧道病害处治参考。As one of the most common diseases of operational tunnels,lining degradation seriously affects the overall stability of the tunnel structure,which will cause damages to the strength,stiffness and stability of the lining structure of the tunnel,according to the actual situation of the degradation of the second lining of an operational highway tunnel in Chongqing which urgently needed to be treated.Combined with the corresponding test report and water quality analysis,the reason for lining degradation is corrosion of concrete caused by corrosive groundwater which contains sulfate and carbonate.Therefore,based on the mode and mechanism of concrete corrosion failure,combined with the specific disease conditions of the tunnel and the original design,this paper proposes some corresponding measures,which has generated good results,the treatment measures in this paper can be used for similar tunnel diseases.
