摘 要:建立35 mm高炮身管及弹丸三维几何模型,基于Johnson-Cook本构模型,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对35 mm弹丸软铁弹带挤进身管过程进行了仿真研究。揭示了软铁弹带挤进变形过程,研究了软铁挤进过程中35 mm弹丸运动规律及挤进阻力变化规律,获得了35 mm弹丸挤进过程中最大阻力约为71. 0 k N,挤进持续时间约为0. 65 ms,弹带推挤延展长度约为2 mm。研究成果为35 mm口径火炮、特别是埋头弹火炮及金属风暴等新概念武器的研究提供了参考。A study was made of the engraving process of pure iron rotating band with the three-dimensional geometric model of35mm anti-aircraft artillery barrel and projectile established based on the Johnson-Cook constitutive model,and with the engraving process of the pure iron rotating band numerically simulated by means of the ABAQUS.The deformation process of the pure iron rotating band was revealed through the study of the movement law of the35mm projectile and the rule of the resistance change in the engraving process.The results show that the maximum resistance of the35mm projectile is about71.0kN,the duration of the engraving process is about0.65ms,and the extension length of the projectile is about2mm.The research results will provide a reference for the study of35mm caliber artillery,especially the new conceptual weapons such as CTA and metal storm.
