摘　　要：注水井在生产过程中,为防止注水井因故停井时导致地层吐砂现象发生,在注水井井井口安装单向阀,八面河油田注水井井口安装单向阀多为普通卧式单向阀或者角式单向阀,这两种单向阀单流效果不好,寿命短且维护困难、成本高。针对注水井井口单向阀存在的问题,研制出一种用于油田高压注水井的单向阀装置,经过现场试验和应用,取得了较好的效果。目前,该装置已在清河采油厂成功应用。A check valve is installed in the mouth of the water injection well to prevent formation sand spitting caused by accidental shut in.common horizontal check valves or angle check valves are often installed in the mouth of water injection wells in Bamianhe Oilfield.However,these two valves have such problems as poor uniflow effect,short usage time,difficulty in maintenance and high cost.A check valve applied to oilfield high-pressure water injection wells is developed in respond to these problems.A good result is achieved in field test and application in Qinghe Oil Production Plant.
