摘　　要：基层党支部是贯彻落实党的路线方针政策和完成企业各项工作任务的战斗堡垒,对企业的建设和稳定发展起着至关重要的作用。必须以加强基层党支部建设为基础,从支部的政治引领作用、党员的示范带头作用、企业文化和舆论宣传的导向作用等方面开展深入细致的工作,大胆探索、实践、创新党建工作的方式方法,有力推进和抓好全面从严治党在基层的落实。As a battlewagon to implement the Party's lines and policies and fulfill the enterprise's various tasks,the grassroots Party branch plays a vital role in the enterprise stability and development.We must strengthen the grassroots Party branch construction,conduct a careful job in its political guidance role,the Party member's leading role,the enterprise cultural role and publicity guide role and be bold to explore,practice and innovate the Party building work method to advance implementation of fully strengthening the Party's discipline in the grassroots Party organization.
