摘　　要：越南自1986年革新开放至今,在经济、政治、文化等领域均取得了十分显著的成就,但腐败问题亦相伴而生,并且十分严重。多年来,越南共产党采取了一系列措施,包括开展整顿运动、完善法律法规、设立反腐机构等,试图遏制腐败的滋生和蔓延。虽然取得了一定成效,但仍存在较大的治理困境,远远没有达到根治腐败的最终目标。面对腐败这一"毒瘤",2016年召开的越共十二大,特别将"建设廉洁、强大的党"确定为大会主题,充分展示了越南共产党在未来防腐治腐之路上的坚定决心。Since the opening up of innovation in the1986,Vietnam has made remarkable achievements in the economic,political and cultural fields,but the problem of corruption in Vietnam is also very serious.Over the years,the Communist Party of Vietnam has taken a series of measures,including carrying out a rectification campaign,improving laws and regulations,and setting up anti-corruption agencies to try to root out corruption.Although some results have been achieved,it is far from being able to achieve the goal of rooting out corruption,and the overall governance effect is not ideal.In the12th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam,"building a clean and powerful party"was identified as the theme,demonstrating the determination of the Communist Party of Vietnam to further combat corruption.
