河北省农村老年人精神需求及社会工作介入策略探析

摘　　要：精神需求是老年人的基本需求。研究表明:配偶及子女是农村老年人情感需求的"支柱",夫妻关系质量、子女孝顺程度对老年人情感需求的满足有重要影响;除家庭内部成员外,邻里是农村老年人日常主要的交往对象;农村老年人文娱需求较强,但存在供需结构性矛盾;多数农村老年人仍在从事一定工作,志愿服务参与意愿较高。另外,研究还表明部分农村老年人存在抑郁、家庭关系紧张、缺乏高质量文娱服务等问题。为满足农村老年人精神需求,可以社会工作为视角从微观、中观、宏观三个层面尝试介入。The spiritual need is essential for the rural elderly people.Research has found that the spouse and children are the"pillars"of the emotional need of them.The quality of spouse relationship and the filial piety of children have important effects on the emotional need of the elderly.In addition to the members of the family,the neighbors are the main daily contacts for the rural elderly.The rural elderly have strong cultural and entertainment need,but there are structural contradictions between supply and demand of cultural and entertainment services.The majority of the rural elderly are still working and have a high willingness to volun-teer.Moreover,the research indicates that some rural elderly people have problems such as depression,family tension and lack of high-quality cultural and recreational services.A social work perspective of micro,middle and macro dimensions should be in volved in order to meet the spiritual need of rural elderly.
