刚果(金)粮食安全成因分析

摘　　要：使用图表综述法说明刚果金与非洲粮食生产的历史特点与现状,运用对比法分析刚果金在非洲以及世界范围内的粮食生产情况,采用归纳法分析刚果金粮食安全问题产生的原因以及相互关系。从刚果金独立建国后的农业政策、人口增长与人均粮食消耗的特点、基础设施建设、农业技术水平、生产管理水平和社会政治动荡等方面分析了刚果金农业生产落后的原因。This article is wrote by using charts to illustrate the historical characteristics and status of the food production in Congo(Kinshasa)and Africa.By way of comparison,the author has analyzed the quality of food production of Congo(Kinshasa)in Africa and in the worldwide context.By the way of induction,the food security issues in Congo(Kinshasa)were analyzed.The author has also analyzed the reasons for backward production from the perspective of agricultural policy after Congo’s independence,the characteristics of the population increase and per capita food consumption,the construction of infrastructure,agricultural technology level,production management level and the social and political unrest.
