摘 要:为了研究枯草芽孢杆菌和卷心菜浆液复合物对肉鸡生长性能、肠道发育和免疫器官指数的影响,本试验在肉鸡日粮中添加了两者复合物。试验选取健康、体重相近的1日龄肉仔鸡200只,随机分为4小组,每小组5个重复,每个重复含有10只肉仔鸡。分别将对照组肉仔鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮且添加20 g/kg卷心菜浆液,试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础饲粮且添加枯草芽孢杆菌,试验Ⅲ组饲喂基础饲粮且添加卷心菜浆液与枯草芽孢杆菌复合物,试验期21 d。于试验第21天分别称重、计算采食量,采集十二指肠、空肠、回肠检测肠道发育指标,采集胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊检测免疫器官指数。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组1~21 d采食量、日增重显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组的胸腺指数和脾脏指数与对照组相比显著增加(P<0.05);与对照组相比,肉仔鸡饲喂枯草芽孢杆菌,能够显著提高其十二指肠和空肠绒毛长度、平滑肌厚度以及胸腺指数(P<0.05),饲粮中添加卷心菜浆液与枯草芽孢杆菌复合物,能够显著提高肉仔鸡的十二指肠、空肠和回肠的绒毛长度,显著增加十二指肠平滑肌厚度,显著增加胸腺指数和脾脏指数(P<0.05)。本试验条件下,饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌与卷心菜复合物,可显著提高肉仔鸡21日龄体重,改善肉鸡肠道发育状况,并且提高其免疫器官指数。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different doses of cabbage slurry and Bacillus subtilis mixture on the growth performance,intestinal tract development and immune organ index of broilers.Two hundred one\|day\|old broilers with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with 5 replicates in each group and 10 chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed the basic diet,the experimental groupⅠwas fed the experimental diet with 20 g/kg cabbage slurry in the basic diet,the experimental groupⅡwas fed the experimental diet with Bacillus subtilis in the basic diet,and the experimental groupⅢwas fed the experimental diet with the mixture of cabbage slurry and Bacillus subtilis in the basic diet.The experiment period lasted 21 d.On the 21st day of the experiment,the food intake was calculated,and the intestinal development index of duodenum,jejunum and ileum were detected,and the thymus,spleen and bursa of Fabricius were collected to detect the index of immune organs.The results showed that compared with the control group,the food intake and daily gain of groupⅡand groupⅢincreased significantly(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the thymus index and spleen index of groupⅠwere significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the length of villi,the thickness of smooth muscle of duodenum and jejunum and the thymus index of broilers were significantly increased by adding Bacillus subtilis to the diet(P<0.05).The mixture of cabbage slurry and Bacillus subtilis significantly increased the villus length of duodenum,jejunum and ileum,the thickness of duodenal smooth muscle and the thymus and spleen index(P<0.05).Under the condition of this experiment,adding the mixture of cabbage slurry and Bacillus subtilis into the diet could increase the body weight of broilers at 21 days old and improve the intestinal development and increase the immune organ index of broilers.
