摘　　要：本文对回收油脂检测方法的国内外研究进展进行综述,包括检测特征性指标、检测原理、适用回收油脂的类型与方法、解决的问题及存在的不足等,对检测方法建立的方向提出了意见和建议。以期对建立更有效的回收油脂检测方法有所帮助,为油脂质量安全监管提供数据支持。In this paper,the research progress of oil and grease detection methods at home and abroad is reviewed,including the characteristic indexes,the detection principles,the types of oil recovery,the problems and the shortcomings of the methods,and the personal opinions and suggestions are put forward in the direction of the establishment of the detection methods.It will help to establish more effective detection methods for oil recovery and provide data support for the quality and safety supervision of oils and fats.
