摘  要:本文采用氧化钙/四甲基氢氧化铵的灰碱体系水解废革屑制备多肽水解液,通过正交试验获得最佳水解条件。一次水解采用氧化钙为主的碱水解体系,以铬含量作为主要标准,研究发现:在氧化钙用量9%,温度90℃,反应时间4 h,固液比1∶7时,脱铬率最高,水解产物中铬含量为149μg/g,脱铬率达到97.3%。二次水解采用有机碱四甲基氢氧化铵为主的水解体系,以水解率作为主要标准,研究发现:四甲基氢氧化铵用量为9%,反应时间为6 h,固液比为1∶10,反应温度为50℃时,水解率为1.5%。In this paper,waste shavings were hydrolysed by the system of calcium oxide/tetramethylammonium hydroxide.The optimum hydrolysis conditions were obtained through orthogonal tests.In the first hydrolysis system of CaO,using the chromium content as the standard,it was found that the dechromization rate was the highest under the conditions of the amount of calcium oxide was 9%,the temperature was 90℃,the reaction time was 4 hours,and the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶7.The chromium content in the hydrolysate was 149μg/g and the dechromization rate was 97.3%.In the second hydrolysis system of tetramethylammonium hydroxide,using the content of free amino acids as the standard,it was found that the hydrolysis rate was the highest under the conditions of the amount of tetramethylammonium hydroxide was 9%,the reaction time was 6 hours,the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶10,the temperature was 50℃.The hydrolysis rate was 1.5%.
