摘  要:香港机场第三跑道项目采用DCM工艺,施工精度与质量要求较高,外加海上风浪等复杂环境影响,施工控制难度较大。为便于DCM船施工控制,将DCM法主要工艺流程细分为19个控制节点,以香港机场第三跑道项目技术要求为基础,分析了双处理机DCM船施工精度、参数匹配、协调作业等控制难点,介绍了自动或手动控制模式下,处理机升降、搅拌翼旋转、泥浆泵喷浆三者联动控制方法,以及双处理机单动、联动协同控制方法与控制原则。经实践施工效果良好。The project of Hongkong Airport third runway adopts the DCM technology,which requires high construction accuracy and quality,as well as complicated environmental impacts such as sea storms and waves,making construction control difficult.In order to facilitate the DCM ship construction control,the main process flow of the DCM method was subdivided into19control nodes.Based on the technical requirements of Hongkong Airport third runway project,we analyzed the control difficulties such as construction accuracy,parameter matching,and coordination of the dual-processor DCM ship,introduced the linkage control method of processor lift,stirring wing rotation,and mud pump spray in the automatic or manual control mode,as well as dual-processor single action,coordinated control method and control principles.The construction effect is good through practice.
