摘　　要：由中国交建主导组建的"国际标准化组织/船舶与海洋技术委员会/挖泥船工作组(ISO/TC8/WG11)"(以下简称WG11)由分别来自中国、美国、日本、韩国、德国、巴拿马、荷兰、丹麦、瑞典的共32名注册专家共同组成。WG11目前共承担5项ISO标准的制修订工作,即:《耙吸挖泥船疏浚监控系统》、《绞吸挖泥船疏浚监控系统》和《抓斗挖泥船疏浚监控系统》3项新标准的制定和《ISO 8384挖泥船术语》、《ISO 8385挖泥船分类》2项标准的修订。文章对中国交建主导编制挖泥船国际标准的工作过程和工作经验进行简析,为国有企业参与国际标准化工作提供经验借鉴。The International Standardization Organization-Ships and Marine Technology Technical Committee-Working Group11Dredgers(ISO/TC8/WG11),(hereinafter referred to as WG11),which was led to establish by China Communications Construction Co.,Ltd.,("CCCC"),is formed by32registered experts from different countries including China,America,Japan,Korea,Germany,Panama,the Netherlands,Denmark and Sweden.WG11now is responsible for the setting and revision works of five ISO international standards,including setting3new standards:Hopper Dredger Supervisory Control System,Cutter Dredger Supervisory Control Systory,and Grab Dredger Supervisory Control System,and revising2standards:ISO8384Dredgers-Vocabulary and ISO8385Dredgers-Classification.In this paper,we briefly analyzed the work process and experience of the international standardization on dredgers led by CCCC,which can provide experience reference for other state-owned enterprises to participate in the international standardization works.
