摘 要:应用自行开发的管网算法,数值模拟了MarkⅡ叶栅原型,将计算结果与实验数据进行了比较,验证了算法的可靠性。为了验证算法的工程实用性,数值模拟了MarkⅡ的改型叶栅,证实通过冷却通道的突扩突缩,能够提高冷气的湍流度,从而强化冷气与叶片壁面的换热,有效地降低叶片的壁面温度。原型和改型的数值结果表明,管网算法物理意义明确、简单可靠,能快速定性确定设计的可行性。The independently designed fluid network algorithm is used to simulate the original cascade of MarkⅡ.The calculated results are compared with the experimental data to verify the reliability of the algorithm.Meanwhile,the improved cascade of MarkⅡis numerically simulated to verify the engineering practicability of the algorithm.The heat transfer between the cooling gas and the blade wall is enhanced and then the temperature of the blade wall is reduced attributing to the increased turbulence of the coolant,which is caused by the sudden expansion and contraction of the cooling passage.The numerical results of the original and improved cascade show that the fluid network algorithm can quickly and qualitatively determine the feasibility of the design with the characteristics of clear physical meaning,simple and reliable.
