摘 要:在传统汽轮机变工况计算原理的基础上,结合制造厂家提供的设计数据,提出了一种同时考虑汽轮机通流和回热系统两部分的简化变工况计算方法。以某1000MW凝汽式机组为对象,进行变工况性能计算,计算结果与热平衡设计值进行对比,结果表明:该计算方案切实可行,计算精度很好地满足了工程计算精度的要求。On the basis of the traditional steam turbine variable working condition calculation principle,a simplified variable condition calculation method is proposed by using the design data provided by the manufacturer.Taking a1000MW condensing turbine unit as the object,the thermodynamic calculation of variable working conditions was carried out.The results of calculation are compared with the design values of heat balance.The results show that the scheme is feasible and the calculation precision can meet the requirement of Engineering calculation.
