摘  要:基于分布阻力和分布质量汇的多孔介质模型,数值研究了山西赵庄鑫光发电有限公司新建电厂660MW机组改进教堂窗型布管凝汽器在小端差工况下的流动和传热特性,分析了清洁系数和抽气量对凝汽器性能的影响。结果显示,背压随着清洁系数和抽气量的提高而降低,抽气量的波动对背压影响有限,但对壳侧压降影响较大。通过与HEI标准结果的比较,小端差情况下,清洁系数越小,HEI标准结果与数值计算结果偏差越大,最大可达0. 84k Pa。针对改进教堂窗型布管凝汽器局部空气积聚严重的问题,数值研究了仿生双连树型凝汽器的性能,与改进教堂窗型布管凝汽器相比,其背压降低0. 36kPa,且优于HEI标准的结果。Based on the porous medium model with distributed flow resistance and mass sink,the flow and heat transfer performance of a modified church window tube bundle condenser for660MW power plant at the condition of small terminal temperature difference was analyzed by numerical simulation.The effects of cleanness factor and outlet venting rate on the thermal performance were analyzed.The results showed that the back pressure decreased with the increasing cleanness factor and the increasing outlet venting rate,the outlet venting rate fluctuation has little effect on the back pressure,but affects the pressure drop strongly.The comparison between the HEI standard results and simulation results indicated that in the case of small terminal temperature difference,the smaller the cleanness fact or is,the greater deviation between the HEI standard result and the simulation results is,and the maximum deviation can reach0.84kPa.In the view of the shortage of local air accumulation in the origin tube bundle,the thermal performance of bionic double-tree-shaped tube bundle was analyzed to improve the efficiency of the power unit.The simulation results indicated that the back pressure of bionic double-tree-shaped tube bundle was reduced by0.36kPa comparing with original tube bundle,and better than the Heat Exchange Institute(HEI)Standards.
