摘 要:针对汽轮机的凝汽器,在Fluent软件中建立了多孔介质模型,实现了对凝汽器汽侧压力场的简化建模研究;在考虑冷却水温度沿管长呈线性分布特性对蒸汽凝结量和换热量分布有影响的基础上,对凝汽器内凝结管束区内的流固耦合复杂特性进行了仿真研究。计算结果与实际物理机制分析基本吻合,表明基于多孔介质简化建模策略的合理性。对过冷度偏大等实际工程问题分析及解决具有一定的指导意义。In this paper,a porous media model is established in fluent software to realize simplified modeling of steam side pressure field of condenser.Considering the cooling water temperature linearly along the tube length distribution characteristics have an effect on amount of steam condensation and heat distribution in,on the basis of condensation inside the condenser tube bundle the fluid-structure interaction in the complex characteristic has carried on the simulation research.The calculation results are consistent with the actual physical mechanism analysis,which indicates the rationality of the simplified modeling strategy based on porous media.It is of great significance to analyze and solve practical engineering problems such as over-cooling.
