摘  要:在高真空条件下,大型汽轮机组容易出现低压外缸变形引起动静碰磨导致的振动问题,现场采取的降低真空措施会影响机组的经济性。因此,采用有限元方法,建立了某型600MW机组低压外缸的有限元模型,计算了额定背压和极端背压下汽缸的变形量。提出了低压外缸内外部的加固方案,并建立低压外缸加固后的有限元模型,求解了加固后极端背压下外缸的变形量。计算结果表明,加固效果显著。将研究结果应用于某型600MW机组,实践结果表明:低压外缸经过内外部加固后,在高真空条件下不再出现低压转子碰磨导致的振动问题。对加固后低压外缸的固有频率进行了实际测量,确保可避开共振频率,证明了加固后不会引起汽缸共振。此措施兼顾到高真空条件下机组的安全性和经济性,为高真空条件下因低压缸变形而导致振动问题的处理提供参考。Under high vacuum conditions,large scale steam turbine exists vibration problem which caused by deformation of low pressure outer casing easily.The reduction of vacuum in the field will affect the economy of the unit.Therefore,Finite element method was adopted to establish the low pressure outer casing finite element model of a certain type of600MW unit,the deformation of the low pressure casing under rated back pressure and extreme back pressure were calculated.The reinforcement scheme of the inner and outer parts of the low pressure outer casing was proposed,the finite element model of low pressure outer casing was established after reinforcing,the deformation of the low pressure casing after reinforcing under extreme back pressure was solved.The calculation results show that the reinforcement effect is obvious.The results were applied to a certain type of600MW unit,practice results showed that vibration problems of low pressure rotor under high vacuum no longer appeared,after low pressure outer casing was reinforced by the internal and external reinforcement.The actual measurement of the natural frequency of the reinforced low pressure outer cylinder was carried out,it proved that the casing resonance would not be caused after reinforcing.This measure takes into account the safety and economy of the unit under high vacuum,it provides an important reference for the vibration problem of low pressure rotor under high vacuum condition.
