摘  要:针对某小型汽轮机初步运行时,动静汽封产生径向碰摩的故障,通过结构分析和理论计算,得出了汽轮机的轴向约束影响了汽缸热膨胀的变形方向,致使动静汽封产生了径向碰摩。针对该原因,改进了汽缸的约束结构。经试验验证,改进措施有效可行,汽轮机不再出现动静汽封碰摩的现象,消除了故障,也为今后相关结构设计提供了经验和理论支撑。The fault of the radial seal contact was found during the preliminary operation of a small steam turbine.Based on structural analysis and theoretical calculation,it is uncovered that axial constraints of the steam turbine affected the deformation direction of the cylinder caused by thermal expansion.Improvement on the constrained structure of the cylinder is experimentally proven to be viable and effective.It provides further experience and theoretical support for the related structure design in the future.
