摘 要:针对某电厂330MW凝汽机组加装减温减压器或加装压力匹配器的供热改造,利用等效焓降矩阵模型,从"质"和"量"两个方面对上述不同的改造方案进行热力计算。得出了机组改造后汽轮机装置效率、发电标准煤耗率都是下降的,说明抽汽供热可以降低蒸汽的冷源损失,提高电厂热经济性,并且在抽汽量较大的情况下,加装压力匹配器的改造方案更能减少发电煤耗率,提高效益。For the heating reform of a330MW Condensing Unit of a power plant equipped with a desuperheater or pressure reducer or a pressure matching device,this paper uses the equivalent enthalpy drop matrix model to perform thermal calculations on the above-mentioned different reconstruction schemes from both qualitative and quantitative aspects.It is concluded that the steam turbine efficiency and the standard coal consumption rate of power generation are all reduced after the unit transformation,which shows that the heating of the extraction steam can reduce the loss of cold source of steam and improve the thermal economy of the power plant.And in the case of a large amount of steam extraction,the retrofitting program with a pressure matching device can reduce the coal consumption rate of power generation and increase the efficiency.
