新型背景下热电发电机在传统汽车中的应用研究分析

摘  要:十三五中,节能降耗是工业发展的重要主题,现代汽车行业,余热利用成为研究热点。文章在分析现有的热电发电机先进技术的基础上,提出一种新颖的热电发电机,其被分成三个模块,第一个模块涉及到在薄膜技术中沉积的热电结构,第二和第三模块包括产生高导热的平面内结构所必需的温度梯度,而热流是垂直的(跨平面)通过设备。这样,同时实现了高集成度热电偶和热接触面积的最大,可为汽车行业的热电发电及余热利用提供参考。energy conservation and consumption reduction is an important theme of industrial development in China.In modern automobile industry,waste heat utilization has become a hot topic.Based on the analysis of the existing thermo-electric generator,on the basis of advanced technology,puts forward a novel thermoelectric generator,which is divided into three modules,the first module involves the thermal structure of deposition in the thin film technology,the second and third module includes necessary to produce high thermal conductivity of plane structure of temperature gradient,and the heat flow is vertical(cross plane)through the device.In this way,the high integration thermocouple and the maximum thermal contact area are realized at the same time,which can provide reference for the thermoelectric power generation and waste heat utilization in the automobile industry.
