摘 要:在发动机缸盖的设计研发过程中,对发动机缸盖结构进行模态分析,可以为发动机减振和降噪提供理论依据,验证该结构的可行性和可靠性,缩短产品研发周期。通过有限元模态分析与模态测试结果的对比,验证了有限元模态分析结果的合理性,找出缸盖振动的原因,为后面的结构优化以及振动噪声分析提供了依据,对发动机缸盖进行模态分析在现代汽车结构设计中具有十分重要的意义。In the design and development process of the engine cylinder head,on the engine cylinder head structure modal analysis is carried out can provide a theoretical basis for the engine vibration and noise reduction,verify the feasibility and reliability of the structure,shorten the product development cycle.Through the finite element modal analysis and modal test results contrast,verifying the rationality of the finite element modal analysis results,find out the cause of the cylinder head vibration,behind to provide a basis for the structural optimization and the analysis of the vibration noise.the engine cylinder head modal analysis has very important significance in the modern automobile design.
