南非莱索托公立医院现状、问题及解决方案探讨

摘　　要：莱索托是地处南部非洲的国中之国,是世界最不发达国家之一,亦是我国援外医疗工作中重点扶持的非洲国家之一。该国10个地区的中心公立医院和下属的数量不等的基层卫生保健门诊构成了为莱索托居民提供医疗服务的主要力量,由于经济基础薄弱和管理能力落后,这些公立医疗机构存在一定的问题。为有效提高援外医疗人员对非洲公立医院医疗质量的认识了解,对南非地区公立医院现状进行分析,并提出存在的问题及相应解决方案。Lesotho,located in the southern African country,is declared as one of the worlds least developed countries by the United Nations.It is also one of the African countries that is supported by Chinese medical aid.Ten district public central hospitals and varying amounts of adjacent primary health care clinics are major forces to provide medical services to the Lesotho people.Due to the weak economic foundation and poor management capabilities there are certain problems with public health facilities.In order to effectively improve the understanding of the quality of African public hospitals by foreign aid medical personnel the current situation of public hospitals in Lesotho is analyzed the existed problems are presented and the corresponding solutions are proposed.
